Means of production are things that can create value on their own. More importantly, independent and complete means of production can still generate value even when they don’t rely on other factors of production.
A common issue in foreign trade is that even though Chinese products are priced lower than local alternatives, many customers end up returning to buy the more expensive local option. Why?
The main reason is that local suppliers offer additional services that make customers feel the higher price is justified.

At this point in time, it can only be said that real estate is returning to normal—what should fall is falling, and what should rise is rising—rather than the artificial, across-the-board boom of the past.
First, establish a monopoly in a niche market. Then, on the foundation of that success, expand into adjacent markets—growing your dominance one step at a time. Don’t pick fights with established industries, and especially don’t try to destroy them, because that invites trouble. The same principle applies when expanding into adjacent sectors: if you can’t beat a competitor, team up with them.
