Running a 80TB Traffic Site on Under $400 Monthly

As the title suggests, this post is about how we cut our traffic and bandwidth costs. The core idea was to convert dynamic content into static files and offload roughly 85% of our traffic to a subscription-based caching layer, leaving the remaining 15% to be handled by a bandwidth alliance.

Cloudflare caches 85% of the content, Backblaze handles the remaining 15%, Vercel serves the website, and Google Firestore powers our cloud database.
