Mobile phones are ruining lives

For families with children, it’s advisable not to let kids use smartphones—especially before they reach college. If you do give them one, try to limit screen time as much as possible.

Big shots like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates didn’t allow their own kids to play on phones. Among the state-owned enterprise executives and top bosses in our group, most strictly limit their children’s phone and electronic device usage time.

The gap between people comes down to how they use their time.
