The world isn’t a place where you can do as you please or pursue ambitions without limits

All laziness is a trade of risk

Don’t assume smart people never make silly mistakes. If you can figure it out, surely a smart person can too. You wouldn’t dare skip a work meeting even once—imagine what would happen if you did. Your colleagues would take the opportunity to push all the blame onto you while you’re gone, let alone anything involving money.

Who asked you to take a nap? If you zone out for a moment, who else is going to end up holding the bag but you?
