Recent Telecom Fraud Scams

A blogger shared the story of a student who fell victim to telecom fraud in August:

1. A "romance chat" app诱导 spending, encouraging users to do brush orders for rebates and make money.

2. The required payment amounts for brush orders kept increasing, and previous rebates were not returned promptly... leading to induced online loans for brushing... and even "credit repair"...

3. Realizing it was telecom fraud, the total loss was about 22,000 RMB (10,000 from wages, 12,000 from online loans). When reporting to the police, the case was refused and the victim was personally insulted.
