Fire’s B2B model is pretty impressive

It seems like they use a SaaS tool as a free product to acquire customers, bringing sellers in with their existing client base. As the number of clients grows, new sellers are attracted. The platform doesn’t charge commissions on orders from established seller-client relationships, only on new ones.
Additionally, it offers a 30-day payment term as a revolving credit facility for merchants, at around 3% fee.
Finally, they launched a delivery service at just $20 per month — pretty impressive.
