Where is the way out?

There's only one answer: when you break down the entire industry system, you find that some things are more cost-effective for you to do than for them to do.

For example, setting up a breakfast stall — hotels and restaurants doing it is not cost-effective compared to individual operators. Do you really think hotels and restaurants don't know how to fry dough sticks or grill skewers? They can, but due to various reasons, it's not worth their while to do so.
