Last year, a widely viewed livestream featured someone seeking euthanasia in Switzerland due to this disease, sparking massive public discussion. This year, however, there have been major technological breakthroughs. A systematic treatment protocol has been published in The Lancet, and there are already cases approaching a cure (though I wouldn't call it a full cure yet). Treatment costs have also dropped from over a million yuan to around 100,000 yuan.
While it may not be a complete cure yet, the results are coming very close. Technology is advancing rapidly—there's always reason to stay hopeful.
