The goal of investing is to buy low and sell high, but if your objective is to lock in something else, you might not mind paying a higher price.

Take real estate, for example: some are willing to buy at a premium because they value the neighbors, while others buy low with the intention of flipping it later for a profit.

Your purpose determines the level of effort and cost you're willing to invest.

AI can already solve most problems, but what it’s really exposing is that most people can’t formulate questions—or don’t know how to ask them—so they never get answers or results.

The interesting ones, the good askers, are the ones with a future.
