Standard Resume makes it easy to quickly build polished resumes with a LinkedIn importer. Despite minimal marketing, it's grown mainly through two Product Hunt launches, its unique selling point, and word of mouth—reaching around $3,000 in monthly revenue so far. (There are plenty of resume tools in China, but very few that let you import from job boards; most force you to manually re-enter everything.)

The tool monetizes through paid subscriptions. When it launched its paid tier in May 2017, pricing was set at $5/month or $20/year. Monthly revenue hit $1,000 by May 2019 and grew to $2,700 by May 2020.
