The Value of Management

Is it a benefit or a detriment if you are removed or replaced by structural changes? If it's a benefit, or if no drawbacks arise, then it means you are merely filling space. You're coasting. You add no extra value. You're just a mouthpiece. Everyone has to prove their usefulness by continuously delivering value.
