Lazy People Never Work: The Less You Do, The Fewer Mistakes

The crafty never do anything. The only way to avoid mistakes is to do nothing: the more you do, the more you mess up; do less, make fewer mistakes; do nothing, make none.
Not only does doing nothing keep you out of trouble, it also lets you kick someone when they're down—poison the well against those who work in front of the boss, then swoop in and grab the credit.
But a group made up entirely of people like this has no future.

So a sharp person, often before they've gained any standing, loves to criticize. It clears a path for their own advancement.
Critics get rewarded easily; they catch their superiors' attention while drawing the admiration of their peers.
With fame and favor within reach, why not? Criticism remains one of the fastest routes to the top.

But everyone eventually hits a plateau, and for some, conscience kicks in.
They'll admit publicly: it's hard to get things done, it's hard to be a decent person, and if you choose to take responsibility, everything becomes a struggle. #ReadingNotes
