Without sustained, large-scale urbanization backing it up, urban stocks can’t rise uniformly. The implication? Someone is always left holding shares (or houses) that fall in value, stall midway, or turn out flawed.

True life begins only when you tether your hard-earned effort, struggles, and happiness to your cash flow.
