Never Jump to Conclusions

CategoryReading Notes

Some people's thought processes are just really bizarre. They love leaping straight from an action to a conclusion, instead of asking, "Why do it this way? What are you thinking?" Take listening to music out loud: people instinctively assume it's selfish—only considering their own feelings and ignoring others. Honestly, I think the ones jumping to that conclusion are the selfish ones.

Because you automatically assume only people who dislike music played out loud are the problem, right? How do you know others aren't just sharing music they love?

Never jump to conclusions. Always ask yourself: Why did I do this? What was I thinking? Why do I think this way?

Jumping to conclusions很容易 pushes people to the opposite side.
