Since you don't have one, you must do paid onboarding training. They push a cooperation fee of 19,800 RMB. If you can't pay, they arrange a loan for you—full service, hassle-free. After you pay and complete the training (the courses are nothing more than low-quality, Wikipedia-level content you can find with a quick search), at the point of confirmation they claim you don't meet the job requirements and fire you.

The same pattern shows up in many online part-time side-hustle schemes: low barrier to entry, fake job leads once you sign up. They make you buy a course first so you're "qualified" to take orders. Can't afford it? No problem—they offer training loans. Once you've paid and completed everything, the operator vanishes.
