How to Conduct External Presentations (and Win Partnerships)

A former tech giant employee shares their insights, which are quite straightforward. As we all know, there's a general five-part framework:

1) Here’s the opportunity

2) Case studies of follower growth and revenue (vary slightly by industry, but essentially success stories)

3) What’s the traffic policy (what support do they offer to help you make money)

4) What new features and tools are available (new things that set them apart)

5) Contact information (come grab money, pay up)

The one thing I didn’t expect was assuming the tech giants would have data-backed evidence. Turns out, they also just make up numbers on the spot to create hype (so the data used in public presentations to attract people shouldn't be taken too seriously).

My honest take: everything the platform shared at the creator summit is something they themselves can't achieve
