What Matters More in Life Is Avoiding Regrets at All Times

Making money has gotten harder. It's no longer worth pouring so much energy into things that don't produce results. At this stage of life, what matters more is ensuring you have no regrets at any given moment. You need to find ways to keep your experiences as rich and colorful as possible.

Life is like an amusement park.

1. Figure out what you want to play at this very moment. 2. Check the park's schedule—what's currently open?

For example,

1. Most attractions aren't open to six- or seven-year-olds. You walk up to one ride and see a height restriction; you go to another and it has a weight limit. The kids' area has only one attraction—and whether you like it or not, that's all there is.

2. Even the one thing you can play on has height restrictions. Conversely, if you're too tall, you're considered an adult and aren't allowed to ride it.

Once you figure out what you can play, then it's about enjoying it fully. If you don't do it now, you'll never get the chance to relive this moment later. When you look back, you'll realize that what you didn't do then will never be possible in the future.

When you enter a certain stage, cherish it actively while it lasts.

Life has no final destination—it's all about the journey. Why save everything for the end? What were you going to do with all that time anyway? So why not do what you can and should do as you go along?
