Effort is right, but it only creates real value when it becomes scarcity.

The world focuses on scarcity, not just how hard you work.

At any given time, tools that are easy to learn ultimately deliver very limited upside. Just ask about a C2 driver’s license—it’s easy to get, but does it actually make you money? No. Everyone can get a C2 license; in the end, what matters is your underlying skill and capability. By contrast, a pilot’s license is notoriously difficult to earn, but once you have it, the pay is extremely high.

This is what we call: the market only rewards scarcity.

Hard work isn’t an end in itself—it’s a means to build scarcity. If you don’t increase your scarcity, you won’t increase your odds of success.
