There’s no need for life’s legends; we’re all just quietly living our days.

My senior disciple's life is especially mundane. He used scientific methods from day one, and the longer he trained, the stronger his skills became—essentially, a snowball effect.

Fatties assume their coach once ate like they do, ballooned to 300 pounds, had an incredibly motivational story, and then a dramatic turnaround into a muscular beast. But in reality, the coach’s life was quite ordinary—almost boring. From day one, he used a comprehensive set of scientific training methods, and kept at it for years. That's basically all there is to it.

Do the right things, repeatedly. Over time, results are inevitable. The only variables are talent, luck, and rewards. Some people, with high talent and good fortune, get bigger returns. Others, with less natural ability and worse luck, get smaller returns.

But everyone ends up stably and consistently profitable.
