Team lead, manager, director — these fluffy, hollow titles that can be printed on a cheap piece of paper with three-inch words — are also just meant to keep you working steadily. The end result is still shoving you into society at age 35 to become "talent."

If you figure it out, you can accept it early. If you don't, you'll just accept it later while tears rolling down your face. Either way, you'll have to accept it.
