Innovation is chaos, and chaos is a ladder.
When you hit a bottleneck or face a难题 that your old methods can't solve, you end up trying all sorts of random things — messing around just in case something sticks. When you're at your wit's end, you seek change; change leads to progress; progress endures.
Looking at the present, AI and robotics will surely become widespread. In other words, "tool people" have no future. The future won't need ordinary people to work — humanoid robots will suffice. Why? Because humanoid robots can drop to a price of $3,000–$4,000 each, not per month, but per unit. And they'll last for a very, very long time.
