Fail fast, bet slow.

If a project fails, it’s not “preordained”—it’s a lesson, an iteration. As long as you learn from it, it’s a win. Only if you learn nothing does it count as a failure. So learn fast, fail fast, cut your losses fast—but once you find the “right” one, you must be willing to ALL IN and go all in.

Of course you shouldn’t marry the first person you meet, unless you’re wildly lucky. But you should explore and experiment quickly, and once you’re sure it’s the right match, commit decisively and push all your chips to the middle of the table.

That’s the pace of the game of life: fast experimentation, slow betting.
