Wealthy people rebalance their portfolios

· 站长

Professional investors are simply doing the math—figuring out whether something is ridiculously expensive or incredibly cheap relative to something else.

What wealthy people do is figure out at what point in time they should swap one asset for another.

Investing isn't about price—it's about timing. It's simply about what you swap for what, and when. That's it. It's a swap, a rebalancing of positions, not a buy or sell. It has nothing to do with money.

Money doesn't even come into play here. Money is merely the medium of exchange. Value is determined by comparing goods to goods; money is just a mediator, an intermediate state.

What you should really hold is not money.
