What should you do with money? Use it to attract people.

As a boss, you need to be generous. You should take the initiative to spend, lead your team out to spend—treat them to big meals, drinks, and foot massages, especially recent graduates. You pay, you host. The more often you treat them, the more addicted they become. If you stop treating, they’ll start going on their own. Once they’ve spent their earnings there, they’ll still consider you their bro next time around—and keep working for you.

Otherwise, your brotherhood will likely fall apart. If they earn money and save it up, who knows—in a few years they might go independent and become your competitor.

Lose your brothers, gain an extra rival. Doesn’t that sound like a bad deal?

As a boss, you should teach your brothers how to spend. Encourage them to buy flashier cars, then compliment them—“Wow, that car is amazing!” Let them feel that following you means good food, fun times, and face. That’s what success looks like. The more they’re hooked on this lifestyle, the longer they’ll stay with you.
