Difficulty of Defending Rights in China

Just saw a case study and had some recent personal experiences. It's indeed tough to defend your rights in China—if it doesn't meet the filing threshold, they basically shirk responsibility as much as possible. I'd suggest handling litigation yourself.
I feel like in the future, having someone do proxy rights defense or proxy litigation would be a great business.
