Education Requirements for Public Institution Jobs
Based on hiring trends in our county, only fresh graduates can apply with a bachelor’s degree. For non-fresh graduates, a master’s degree is the minimum requirement. Positions at better-funded or more prestigious high schools often specify the university as well.

Anything can be commoditized:
A newcomer charges about $300, someone with experience asks for $800–$1000. You take roughly half upfront as a deposit and the rest after completion.
In practice, you might not want to do it. Harassment, wedding-hazing pranks, and being forced to drink are all possibilities. You can charge more, but you need to be okay with that risk and with people flaking out and not paying.
The main issue is poor quality and a lack of reliable quality assurance, which is especially problematic for large-scale renovation projects with tight deadlines.
