Stop wasting time on trivial matters.

"Stop wasting time on trivial matters."

This means to me:

Stop rewatching movies you've already seen seven times—watch a controversial documentary instead;

Stop spending so much time with people who can't help you build the future you want. Seek new relationships, even if it feels uncomfortable at first;

Stop lying to yourself about what you want. Be absolutely honest with yourself.
