Don’t try to conjure up a startup idea. Instead, look for unsolved problems—preferably ones you’ve personally encountered. That’s where real user needs and genuine demand lie.

If founders build a product they themselves want, can actually build, and others either don’t think is worth pursuing or can’t pull off, that product will always have a market.

When you shift your perspective and notice problems around you, those problems become potential product markets.
