Business Mindset

1. What am I after? Why exactly do I need to solve this?

2. Sell more. Compare different methods and products, assess whether they're profitable and how quickly they generate returns, and study the risk-reward ratio to deepen your business understanding.

3. To a businessman, this is how things should work: use money instead of people (hire someone), delegate whenever possible (get someone else to do it), and if you must do it yourself, move fast and redo it from scratch.

4. What do you do if the method that worked the first time doesn't apply to the second problem? Only what you can repeat can stack up reliably and keep building over time.

5. Arguing about whether something is right is pointless; what matters is whether it can make you money.

6. Beyond repetition, leverage is what determines whether you can get rich. How do you secure big leverage at low cost?

7. To get rich, you also need to be able to absorb losses. That means having cheap ways to hedge risk.

8. Where there's a will, there's a way—but don't just wait for someone else to hand you an answer. Go find it yourself. Some people always acquire things far below market cost and then flip them quickly at prices well under market value to make money. Why not you? That "why" is the real issue.

9. In the market, big fish eat small fish, fast fish eat slow fish, and those who understand the game eat those who don't. Which one will you be? How will you get there?

10. Build models, run the data, explore effective approaches, and rapidly identify opportunities at low cost. The key is finding those possibilities as fast as possible.

11. Constantly think about return on investment—how to put in less and get more out.

12. True thinking is purpose-driven. It's not about following steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in order to inevitably reach step 6.
