Selling Virtual Courses for 1M+ Annual Profit with Zero Cost

CategoryOpportunities

Someone in the group shared this. Back when content copyright review wasn’t this strict, you could post gaming videos on Douyin to drive traffic (and they weren’t even building private-domain audiences).

In the early days, Toutiao’s paid columns were integrated with Douyin. The review process was also quite lax—basically no requirements, just sign up. I’ve actually shared the entry channel in my group before.

Then it was as simple as this:

Post King of Glory videos on Douyin, sell character-play tutorial courses in your column for ¥29.9. For example, a jungle-guide course sold hundreds of thousands of copies over two years, with the real breakout happening in year two.

Other similar cases include certain doctor accounts back in the day selling treatment tutorials for various incurable conditions… Many of them spent three or four years before finally hitting it big through paid columns.

Of course, Douyin has since cracked down on all of this. Some accounts were completely purged or banned. That’s why I’m sharing these examples. Take a certain doctor account that sold blood-pressure courses and made ¥3 million… I won’t name who was actually writing the content, but they were churning out dozens of articles a day, deleting or hiding any that didn’t get traffic. Could someone with a regular day job really have time to pull this off? Use your head—don’t believe everything you see out there now.

The core idea here:

1. A traffic channel that, once you grasp the rules, can trigger concentrated, explosive growth
2. A low-cost, high-margin monetization offer

Then you just need to stick with it until the traffic explodes.
