Become a producer not a consumer
1. Become a producer, not a consumer
Following this principle means refusing to buy products on TV shopping channels and instead learning to sell them; it means selling shovels during a gold rush rather than digging for gold yourself; it means hosting training programs instead of attending them; it means lending money rather than borrowing it; it means creating jobs for others rather than looking for one yourself; and it means originating mortgage loans rather than relying on collateral to secure your own. The goal is to break free from a consumer mindset, shift your perspective, and redefine yourself as a producer ready for the global stage—building a money-making system, that is, a business with unlimited upside.
2. Apply leverage
Wealth = Net Profit + Asset Value
Net Profit = Sales Volume × Profit Margin
Asset Value = Net Profit × Industry Multiple
By identifying and pulling these levers—boosting traffic, improving conversion rates, securing loans, and raising profit margins—you can scale system revenue and unlock true, unbounded growth.
Take a manufacturing company with $100,000 in net profit. If the industry average multiple is 6x, the business is worth $600,000. (This is essentially how most company valuations are calculated.)
Labor leverage means getting other people to work for you.
Capital leverage means owning equity in businesses that keep generating profits for you.
Create and distribute products with zero marginal cost—books, media, films, and code—then sell them to as many people as possible.
3. Influence is wealth
The Law of Influence states that the more people you impact—whether in scope or sheer number—the greater your wealth will be. In simple terms: influence a million people, and you can earn a million dollars.
Influence = Net Profit = Units Sold (Scale) × Profit Per Unit (Tier)
Scale creates millionaires, and tier creates millionaires. Combine both, and you create billionaires.
