Earn Well, Make Money Work for You, Delegate the Rest
Rich men’s money is meant to impress women, not to be spent on them.
If you have ten thousand dollars in your pocket, it’ll always just be ten thousand dollars—and you might spend it buying your girlfriend a luxury handbag.
But if you’re fully aware that the ten thousand dollars in your hand will grow into ten million over the next decade or so, would you hand it over to her? Would you? Not only would you not give it to her—you’d probably ask her to send you money instead. You’d want her to transfer the funds to you.
When money has real value to you—when it’s a hen that lays eggs—it’s far harder to lose. On the contrary, you’ll actively seek more of it. Remember: you’re the CEO of your own enterprise. Even if you lack resources upfront, you’ll borrow them to grow your company and drive development, rather than siphoning capital out and sabotaging your own future.
People need to get used to hiring others to get things done. On one hand, this frees you from repetitive tasks and lets you devote more of your time to work that actually creates value.
More importantly, through the process of hiring, you’ll gradually come to understand something: the price of people. Human dignity is equal, but the market value of every individual in this world is not.
