Should the Middle Platform Be Dismantled?

CategoryNews Briefs

It suddenly became popular to bash the middle platform. In essence, the team’s positioning was unclear and communication was weak, so everyone was pulling in different directions. Some saw the chaos as an opportunity—after all, confusion is a ladder. Once the underlying problems are resolved, the middle-platform architecture is actually brilliant.

The middle platform exists to support business operations. When requirements are clear and feedback flows freely, the group can quickly rally behind any project. Without it, every initiative would require rebuilding the team from scratch—hiring, onboarding, maturing—creating massive cost. Only someone with near-AI-level strategic thinking can unlock a system’s full business-support value. Self-interest has no place in running this.
