Still Believe Bitcoin Has No Future
Whether a market has a future depends on trading volume. Never get involved with products that lack trading volume — once you're in, it's hard to get out.
After reviewing the discussion, I feel Bitcoin still can't become the future.
1. The trading volume problem: without trading volume, there's no objective fee revenue.
2. The mining problem: Bitcoin will eventually be fully mined, and miners' revenue from mining is not sustainable.
So here's the question: how do you maintain high trading volume? Who provides it? Which country is willing to hand over its own currency authority?
The capital market is built on consensus — as someone XX said, SX's consensus is also consensus.
As long as someone is willing to take over, you can pass it to the next person, and guarantee your own exit, it's a project worth investing in.
China's real estate boom depends on rigid demand + a shared value consensus across all of Chinese society. When that consensus breaks down, those that should close will close, those that should flee will flee, and those relying on land sales must transition to sustainable tax revenue.
