A gambler is destined to become a demon
CategoryMoney Notes
In Journey to the West, humans must devour others to transform into demons. The weakest demons cannot eat anyone and lack the ability to harm the powerful, so they prey on those closest to them.
Journey to the West clearly depicts that gods were once demons who consumed others in their evolution.
