How Does the World Work?

The World Only Has Four Things
Residential overconsumption drives economic growth, but that debt must be repaid.
Step one is a technology boom.
Step two is a significant rise in resident income.
Step three is a decline in resident leverage (debt relative to income drops).
Step four is when residential consumption industries finally get to eat the dividends.
Professions and industries that fall earlier in the steps are easier to make money from; the later you are, the harder it is to lick up what's left.
