In Korea, many children are not registered with the household system. Because the cost of abortion is high, some people opt to give birth and then immediately abandon the child or kill them and throw the body in the garbage.
If you want a country where there are no children and no kids-friendly spaces, South Korea is the place to go. Many businesses openly advertise that children are not allowed inside. Some even predict that South Korea will go extinct by the year 2750 due to its plummeting population.
