This is a personality survey. Among a group of people who haven't accomplished anything yet, how do you know who works overtime efficiently and who can potentially get more done per unit of time? Who has read more books per unit of time in the past, and who is more likely to work more overtime per unit of time in the future?

After age 35, you can only find opportunities through referrals, headhunters recruiting you, or being recruited by bosses. It's been over a decade since you graduated, and you should have already proven that you're goal-oriented. So what accomplishments related to your goals have been recognized by the industry? At this point, it's not about what books you've read—it's about what you've actually done, which helps them judge what you can still do.
