Is the TCL Q10GPRO TV worth buying? How is the actual experience?

For most people, if you're mainly looking for a good experience watching TV shows and movies, this already covers all your needs. There's really no need to invest in extra speakers. The bass is decent and already outperforms two HomePods Mini (it actually made me regret buying two extra HomePods). Between the sound effects, volume, and picture quality, everything is basically just fine.

I originally planned to go with Sony based on my budget, but after comparing specs and sizes, I found that TCL offered significantly better configuration and a much larger screen. I quickly switched to the TCL Q10.

Upgraded to GPro, and so far it's acceptable.

If you're also thinking about buying a TV, consider TCL. If you're not in a rush, I'd suggest waiting for future upgraded models—the experience will likely be even better. That said, once you buy it, a TV tends to just gather dust. The real win would be convincing your family to live without a TV at all. TVs are a classic "buyer's regret" product.
