What Are the Rich Doing Amid Rising Global Uncertainty?

I'm just buying things with scarcity — the kind of assets you can take to the bank and immediately mortgage for over 90% of their market value.
Or, alternatively, investing in a cash cow.
I don't care about long-term returns, I don't care whether I'll change the world in the future, and I don't want to suffocate — I just want to know what the current cash flow return is.
