How to Become Talent?
You didn't originally know what was important and what wasn't. Being told the concepts and shown examples—that process of understanding is called learning.
But learning alone doesn't become your ability. You have to sharpen yourself through actual experience, doing it over and over again—that's called practicing.
Some people are willing to learn, some are willing to practice, and some will both learn and practice relentlessly. At the end of it, they achieve mastery—they align knowledge with action. When they meet people, they can intuitively sense what those people need. When they encounter problems, they already have solutions. Hand them one task, they get it done. Hand them a harder one, they nail it too. Over time, again and again, people come to realize: you're a talented person.
That's the standard for judging whether someone is truly talented.
Two prerequisites for being a talent: first, do you have the opportunity to practice? Second, are you willing to go after those opportunities?
Most people don't even bother striving for a chance to try.
