In the AI outbound calling industry, the average robot makes 800–1,200 calls per day. That’s equivalent to 3–5 people’s workload. Based on a rate of 1 yuan per minute, 1,200 calls would cost at most 180 yuan (overall cost is 0.13–0.16 yuan per minute). Non-financial industries see connection rates between 40% and 60%, while financial industries may only achieve 25%–40%, or even lower.
To date, most companies haven’t been able to make money from this. Previously, you needed tens of millions of calls per day to even break through (the conversion path from connection to purchase is too poor). Currently, only governments and large corporations can make money, and, of course, there’s telecom fraud.
