If they’re not in need, why would they follow you?

If everyone is submitting resumes through social channels, what does that say? It says they lack the ability to start a business, they have little name recognition in the industry—that's exactly how ordinary talent should look. The other side is probably just going through the motions, which is the average level of ordinary talent in society. If you lead them well, they might win battles; but if you misjudge, well, don't count on them—they can't deliver. If you find someone completely without flaws, how competitive would this world become?

Life is like a furnace. If you want to improve yourself, the only way is to find a demanding environment and let it forge you—don't just sit in your comfort zone waiting for something to happen.
