There’s only one type of person who is predestined for cultivation: handed opportunities from day one, assigned to important work, and allowed to attend key meetings.

And that’s the second generation.

Either the company boss’s kid, the second generation from a partner or client, or the offspring of someone the company is desperate to please.

Everyone else gets the exact same treatment.

Not only do they never actively hand you opportunities, they’re also constantly tripping you to your face and stabbing you in the back.

Everyone else has to grow up under those conditions.
