Wealth Comes in Two Tiers: Assets and Cash Flow

Wealth actually exists on two levels: high asset value and strong cash flow. A landlord with several properties in a Tier 1 city may indeed have substantial assets, likely worth tens of millions, but their cash flow is often weak. Those with robust cash flow are the truly wealthy.
