In your 20s, do things that let you move fast—learn quickly, fail quickly. In your 30s, build a foundation that lets you go far: a healthy body, a solid family base, and a few like-minded friends you can trust. By 35, you're in the golden window for building products. I used to focus heavily on talent at this stage because they've already made plenty of mistakes, and they most need to ship a great product that elevates their career to the next level. After 40, the ideal is finding a stage where you can fully unleash your potential—both individual and company brilliance only realize their value when truly set free. And if that stage is your own, even better.#ReadingNotes#
